Our Rotary District 2430 Conference, which will take place on 3–6 June 2027, will be much more than an occasion to reflect on the year we have shared. It will be a very special gathering where we will renew our friendships, inspire one another, share our stories, and reflect together on the real impact Rotary has created.
At this conference, we will share the work carried out by our clubs, the change we have created in our communities, the connections we have built with our young people and new generations, our friendships, and all that we have accomplished together.
Our conference will not simply be a meeting where we look back at the end of this journey. We will also talk about our dreams and aspirations for the years ahead.
It will be a meeting point for new ideas, new encounters, new inspiration, and new beginnings.
Because the future of Rotary will be shaped not only by what we do today, but also by our courage to think about tomorrow today. For this reason, we are planning our conference as a gathering where, while celebrating our past, we will also talk about the future—laying the foundations for new ideas, innovative approaches, different perspectives, and initiatives that will shed light on the future of Rotary.
Alongside the successful work carried out by our clubs and Rotarians, we will also share ideas about the Rotary of the future.
How can we build stronger clubs? How can we build stronger connections with new generations? How can we make Rotary’s impact on our communities more lasting? How can we make better use of technology and new communication methods for Rotary? How can we strengthen our members’ sense of belonging and participation? How can we create a greater and more sustainable impact together?
Perhaps when we leave our conference, we will carry with us not only beautiful memories, but also new ideas and new inspiration that will help shape the future of Rotary District 2430 in the years ahead. Because we will come together not simply to complete a Rotary year, but to prepare more strongly for the future.
Of course, the most important part of this conference will once again be you. We will renew our friendships, laugh together, learn together, share our achievements, and create memories that we will cherish for years to come. Perhaps most importantly, Rotarians from different clubs will come together, inspiring one another and laying the foundations for new friendships and new collaborations.
At the end of this journey, which we began with the motto “Create Lasting Impact,” we will look back not only at the projects we have completed, but also at the lasting mark we have left on people and our communities.
The true success of our Rotary year should be measured not only by what we have accomplished, but by the impact we leave for those who come after us. The lasting impact we create together will be the most valuable legacy we leave behind.

Are you ready for an unconventional conference and an unforgettable journey together?
We invite you to a very special gathering where we will experience Rotary’s unifying power, the warmth of our friendships, and the happiness of being together — this time, on the sea.
This year, we are taking our District 2430 Conference beyond the conference halls we are accustomed to. From June 3–6, 2027, we will be together for four days aboard the Selectum Blu Cruise, departing from Çeşme Port.
Under the leadership of our 2026–2027 District Governor Orhan Uludağ and Zeynep, we will come together to remember and celebrate the projects we have carried out, the efforts we have made, the lasting impact we have created, the achievements of our clubs, and, above all, the friendships we have built along the way.
Of course, our conference will include inspiring speakers, meaningful sharing, and special events. But what matters most to us is to transform it into an unforgettable experience where Rotarians come together, friendships grow stronger, and everyone finds a part of themselves.
We will create new friendships, beautiful memories, and an unforgettable Rotary story that we will remember with a smile years from now. A story so special that, years later, when we come together again, we can say; “Do you remember the conference on the ship in 2027…” and remember those four days and the beautiful moments we shared together with a smile.
